Optional warm-up when starting a wallets / deposit UI.

Prefetches transfer supported currencies so a later non-direct useWalletTransferPlan getPlan can hit cache. Sync plans do not need this. More prefetch steps may be added here later.

This hook is optional - skipping it only means a non-direct getPlan may wait on the network the first time.
