ExchangePayOrder with amounts replaced by formatted amounts, plus derived receive / total.

Total crypto the user must send (includes fees).

fiatAmount

fiatAmount: ExchangePayFormattedAmount

Net crypto (fees removed) with the order's fiat amount as fiatValue.

merchantFee

merchantFee: ExchangePayFormattedAmount | null

Merchant / Swapped fee, or null when the order reports none.

providerFee

providerFee: ExchangePayFormattedAmount

Exchange provider fee, in ExchangePayOrder.currency.

receive

receive: ExchangePayFormattedAmount

Crypto the merchant receives (toAmount on swap, else net of fees).
